Clipman
Clipman 2.0 is a portable, accessible clipboard manager for Windows from Andre Louis. It adds password-protected local Secrets, optional self-hosted Clipman Server sync, safer remote syncing, link history, stricter private-file release checks, refreshed documentation, and improved Mac/Windows parity.

Clipman is intentionally portable. It does not require an installer. Machine-specific settings and the default shared database stay in the Settings folder near the executable unless you choose another database path.
Use the File history tab to review recent file copy or cut clipboard events captured while Clipman has been running. Press Enter on a file event to put those files back on the Windows clipboard. Its Application key menu is separate from the text history menu and only shows file-event actions.
Features include a running-process picker for ignored applications, groups, group filtering, quick named lookup, text cleanup actions, first-ten quick copy keys, diagnostics copy support, and command-line pause, resume, toggle, add, import, and export options.
It adds machine attribution for text history entries with a Machine column and machine sort mode for shared database setups. It uses a compressed .clipdb history database so the live clipboard history is not stored as plain searchable text. It also includes optional password-based history database encryption, with the password protected by Windows per user and machine.
Clipman can clean common sync-conflict copies of its settings and history database, detect shared update state, and cooperate with synced-folder instances so other computers can close briefly while a network-shared executable is replaced, then restart from the updated copy.
Clipman 2.0 adds a separate Secrets area for private snippets. Secrets are protected by the history password, stay out of ordinary clipboard history, and are not synchronized through the shared clipboard database. They can be copied or pasted quickly and cleared from the clipboard after use.
Clipman Server is an optional self-hosted sync backend for Windows, macOS, Linux, Raspberry Pi, or a small VPS. It stores encrypted Clipman database blobs without needing the history password because clients decrypt locally. It supports multiple databases, random ports and tokens, backups, status reporting, and safer handling when storage or network access drops out. Local and cloud-folder syncing remain available as before.
Clipman 2.0 also improves tab navigation, link history, remote sync handling, private-file release checks, documentation, and Mac/Windows parity. Use Shift+F1 inside Clipman to update, or visit https://onj.me/software.
